Inquiry
Send us a drawing, photo or sample of the leg and specify the wood, finish and planned quantity.

Assessment and quote
We assess the production method and send you a quote with price and lead time. If any details are missing, we tell you what we need.

Test sample
We make a sample so you can check the shape, dimensions and finish before series production starts.

Series production
We produce the agreed quantity. All legs in a batch are identical and match the approved sample.

Handover
We pack the legs and hand them over as agreed.
About us
Dubinsko firma „Melita" was founded in 1990 by Zigmantas-Gedmundas Dubinskas. Our production base is in Plungė, on Salantų Street. Our main activity is turned and milled wood products for the furniture industry, most of them legs for upholstered furniture.
We turn on automatic lathes and by hand. Automatic lathes allow larger series of consistent quality, while hand turning lets us accurately reproduce more complex or non-standard shapes from a sample.
We work with upholstered furniture manufacturers and produce to their orders: the shape, dimensions, wood and finish of each model are agreed with the customer.
